Step-by-Step Export

  1. Buyer & contract: Clarify price/terms with a proforma invoice (Incoterms, payment).
  2. Payment method: Options: advance payment, letter of credit (L/C), cash against documents or cash against goods.
  3. Customs: Export declaration (customs broker), invoice, packing list.
  4. Origin & movement documents: A.TR/EUR.1 for the EU, a certificate of origin for other countries.
  5. Shipping: Road / RoRo / container; transport insurance (on the seller for CIF/CIP).
  6. Collection & incentives: VAT refund and government support once the export proceeds are repatriated.
